Homemade refreshing drinks: quench your thirst!

Summer is synonymous with sweltering heat, scorching sun on the skin, and highly sought-after shade. But most of us mortals love it! It's one of the most joyful times of the year, when positive energyis everywhere.

Of course, to fully enjoy it, you need to stay cool and hydrated. That's why today we're bringing you a list of refreshing homemade drinks that you can easily and quickly make at home.

You'll cope with the heat much better (almost as well as if you applied these citrus perfumes or these summer perfumes)

Once you have them, squeeze the juice from the lemons and the lime, mix it with half the water and the sugar (or if you're a fitness enthusiast who trains daily, you can use another type of sweetener). Strain the mixture and add the remaining water. This will give you an ultra-liquid, lump-free texture. All that's left is to add plenty of ice, and enjoy!

Multifruit Juice

This is one of the most refreshing and healthy drinks you can make. It only contains fruit (and a little honey, because it never hurts to sweeten life a bit).

To make it, you need: six oranges, two apples, two slices of pineapple, and one lemon. Juice the apples, peel and core them, and blend them with the pineapple slices. Squeeze the lemon and add some of its zest, which you've already grated, for a special touch. Blend everything in a blender or food processor and add ice. The addition of honey or sugar is completely optional, as the glucose in the fruit acts as a natural sweetener. So, if you're up for adding absolutely nothing but fruit, even better! You can always compensate for the lack of sweetness with one of these sweet perfumes for women.

Watermelon Juice

Watermelon is one of the queen fruits of summer, so our list couldn't be without a refreshing homemade drink featuring it.

It's ideal because it's one of the fruits with the highest water content, so it quenches thirst like no other. Plus, it's so easy to make that you'll have it ready in just five minutes.

To make it, you need: half a kilo of watermelon, half a lemon, ice cubes, and a little sugar. Once you have all the ingredients, simply remove the seeds from the watermelon, cut it into chunks, and put them in a blender. Add water and the juice of half a lemon. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate before serving to make it even colder. Absolutely delicious!

Carrot Juice

Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, a precursor to vitamin A, which is essential for healthy eyes and skin. Therefore, this vegetable is the best companion you can have this summer (especially if you like to get a tan). Does this make you want to try it? To make it, you only need 4 carrots, water, 1 lemon, and a little sugar (totally optional because it's so good you don't need it). To prepare it, wash and peel the carrots, blend them, add the water and lemon juice, and that's it! It's that easy.

Refreshing Alcoholic Drinks

If you're hosting a special dinner party at home, the best way to end it and surprise your guests is to offer them one of these refreshing alcoholic drinks as a final cocktail.

Banana Daiquiri

In just 15 minutes you can have this original cocktail ready, worthy of the chicest cocktail bar in your city.

To make it, gather 200 ml of white rum, 100 ml of maraschino liqueur (a liqueur made with bitter black cherries and honey), 100 ml of lemon juice, 1 peeled and chopped banana, 1 1/2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and plenty of ice cubes.

Once you have all the ingredients, it's time to prepare it, but it's very easy!

Simply put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

Sangria

A drink originating in Spain that has captivated the world. Refreshing and delicious, to make it you will need: 1 bottle of red wine, 2 oranges and 2 lemons; 4 peaches (if they are not in season, you can substitute apples), 3 tablespoons of sugar; club soda or Cointreau (both are optional) and, finally, ice.

Pour the bottle of wine into a pitcher full of ice (the colder the sangria, the better it will be). Add the freshly squeezed juice from the oranges and lemons, the Cointreau, the soda water, the sugar, and the chopped peaches.

Mojito

We couldn't finish this list without mentioning the quintessential summer cocktail, the most popular alcoholic refreshing drink in the world: the mojito.

To make it, you need white rum, brown sugar, limes, mint leaves, and soda water. And of course, lots and lots of crushed ice!

The mojito is prepared somewhat differently than the other homemade refreshing drinks we've shown you. Ideally, it should be made one glass at a time. Let us explain: Put some brown sugar, mint leaves, and a lime wedge in a glass. Muddle and mix everything with a muddler until the sugar dissolves. Add crushed ice, rum, and soda. Finally, garnish the glass with lime and mint wedges for even more flavor. It's amazing! We don't know anyone who doesn't like a mojito.
