Each fragrance in our collection includes a detailed description that indicates its intensity, the recommended season and the olfactory family to which it belongs. Simply click on the fragrance of your choice to see this description.
How long does a fragrance last on the skin? The duration of a fragrance is very subjective and depends on several factors, such as the pH of the skin, the season in which the fragrance is used, the composition of each product, and the parts of the body where it is sprayed. To prolong the life of the fragrance, we recommend that you moisturise your skin before applying it.
Is the fragrance made in Spain?Our fragrances are entirely made in Spain.
Do you sell fragrances from well-known brands?The fragrances in our catalogue are created by DIVAIN and are inspired by current trends and leading brands. However, it is important to note that we do not sell perfumes from well-known brands, but perfumes inspired by them.
What methods of payment are available on the online shop? You can pay for your purchases using VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and G Pay. Shopay, Discover, DinnersClub, Maestro and Union Pay. Klarna.
Do you have a physical shop where I can buy the perfumes? We don't have any physical shops. We only sell online. We understand that it is difficult to buy a perfume without trying it first, but with our Try&Buy service you can receive a sample of your chosen perfume(s) so that you can try it before opening the 100 ml bottle. DIVAIN offers its customers the possibility of returning their orders. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.
However, due to health and hygiene protection reasons, we do not accept the return of unsealed products. Therefore, DIVAIN offers the TRY & BUY service, which gives you the possibility of testing your chosen 100 ml perfume in sample format to be able to try said perfume. All purchased 100 ml perfumes include a free 3ml sample.

In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform DIVAIN by the means they consider appropriate (mail, email, web chat, never by phone due to the fact that a request has to be recorded in writing).
Right of return request
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, counting from the date of receipt of the item / s. It is not necessary to indicate a reason for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. For greater agility in the processing, we appreciate that the client follows the procedure detailed below, although it is not mandatory for the compliance of the rights contemplated in this section.
Returns have a processing cost of £4.95.
Can I buy samples? The sale of individual samples is not available on our website, but fortunately, with our Try&Buy system with every purchase, we guarantee that if you don't like the fragrance, you can return it without any problems or additional costs. Dare to try them!
You will receive an email from the transport company at the time of dispatch which will contain the tracking number to follow your shipment on the carrier's page, where you can also manage whether you wish to collect your order from a Relay Point.I have received my order but the products do not correspond to those requested and/or are damaged. I can't connect to my account, what should I do? We recommend that you create an account on our website and subscribe to our newsletter. If you already have an account, enter your e-mail address and password. If you can't remember your password, click on "Forgotten password" and you will immediately receive an e-mail to reset it. If you do not receive an e-mail to reset your password, it is likely that you have not yet created a customer account. Once you have created a new password, go to the page and place your order. *IMPORTANT: Make sure your e-mail address is spelled correctly and that you have not created more than one account.
