If you are not satisfied with your perfume, you must contact our customer service to request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. You should reach out in writing through the chat on our website.
To return the perfume, it must be in perfect condition, in the same state as when you received it, and within the original shipping box we provided.

No. The 3ml sample you receive, which allows you to test the chosen perfume, is completely free. If you decide to return the original 100ml product, you can keep the sample.

At DIVAIN, we do not accept returns for the following items: Packs, Accessories, DIVAIN Home, Advent Calendar.

Once our warehouse verifies that the product is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The shipping costs of the initial order are final and will not be refunded.
