Deep rest and emotional relaxation. This blend of pure essential oils is 100% organic and combines three plants with relaxing properties: Ylang Ylang, Lavender, and Marjoram. This aromatic synergy is designed to promote deep rest and emotional relaxation, preparing body and mind for restorative sleep and a calm, enveloping night-time atmosphere.
How to use
Topical use: Dilute 2 drops of essential oil in 10ml of carrier oil (almond, argan or jojoba) or moisturiser. Shake and apply to the skin with gentle massage before bedtime. Hair use: Blend with a carrier oil, mask or hair tonic. Apply to the hair with relaxing massage strokes. Home use: Add 5-8 drops to your diffuser or ceramic/stone diffuser undiluted 30 minutes before bed to create a relaxing nighttime atmosphere.

Juniperus Mexicana Wood Oil, Canarium Commune Gum Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Leaf Oil, Parfum (Limonene, Terpinolene, Alfa Terpineol, Alfa Pineno, Alfa Terpineno, Beta Pineno, Camphor).
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use directly on the skin without diluting. Not recommended for children under 3. Ylang-ylang should be used highly diluted (max. 1% on skin) and may cause headaches if used in excess. Keep out of reach of children.
