I bought five bottles total in two orders. They were my first experience with Divain. The bottles were packed well and all smelled good also. Overall, I was impressed. I bought during the heavy markdowns as they changed bottle types, which made the and especially great deal as well! I will get more at some point. Thanks!

I absolutely love ever fragrance I’ve received

Amazing quality fragrance, fast delivery and well packaged.

Order not delivered and no response from customer service

I placed an order with DIVAIN on 30 July for five items with a total value of €41.97. Unfortunately, the order has still not been delivered.

The tracking information has not been updated since 11 August and still shows the parcel as being at the delivery centre / in transit. I also checked with the selected parcel point, but nothing has been delivered there. There is no proof of delivery.

What makes this especially frustrating is the lack of customer service. I have tried to contact DIVAIN several times through their website, but I have not received a proper response or even an email confirmation of my messages. The chat only provides automated AI responses, and I have not been able to speak to a real person.

At this point, I have paid for products I have not received, and DIVAIN has not offered a solution, replacement shipment or refund. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from this webshop.

Si la verdad tiene aromas increíbles muy apegadas al original pero son tan efímeros como pensar en comprarles de nuevo por qué cero tienen pertenencia a largo tiempo no en la piel ni en textiles logran perdurar más d runa hora me siento robado compre 4 y de los 4 ninguno se logra quedar y cero huelo a perfume todos mis amigos han avalado esta prueba olfativa

Foi uma agradável surpresa. Tive alguma desconfiança inicialmente, mas depois de ler reviews decidi arriscar. A ideia de ter uns pequenos testers antes de abrir o frasco final é excelente. Correu tudo bem, muito bem apresentado e os perfumes são de boa qualidade preço. Voltarei a comprar sem sombra de dúvida.

Over all good products

Over all good products..having bought 6 bottles..i wouldnt normally buy dupes but as the one I was looking for has been discontinued, so i tried the dupes..some are longer lasting than others (vary from 8-10 hrs to lasting into the next day)..would buy again

Well. I own lots for perfume in my collection. But still i tried from this brand.i ordered. My fave. Kayali sparkling lychee,intense cafe from Montale, Tomford santal blush & vanille absolu from montale as well .. Im really impress by this perfume.house. 90-95. Very close to the OG. .well now. I can enjoy my perfume. More. For the price. Its a steal...
