Die Düfte von Divain sind toll, aber…

Die Düfte von Divain sind toll. Aber die Lieferung mit DPD ist eine Kathastrophe! Da ich gebehindert bin, bin ich auf eine Lieferung Nachhause angewiesen. Nur leider ist DPD in 99 % der Fälle nicht in der Lage die Ware überhaupt bis zum Haus zu bringen. Die ware wird wilkürlich irgendwo auf die Strasse hin geworfen. Gerna auch aus dem F fahrenden Fahrzeug!!! Keine Lieferung ist unbeschädigt oder verdreckt. Ich finde das so traurig dass die liebevoll verpackten Pakete von divain so einem schlechten Versanddiendtleister aufgegeben werden. Leider hat divain Auswahl einer Lieferung nach Hause mit UPS aus der Internetseite genommen seit dem Lounge in Barcelona. Absolut unverständlich und sehr ärgerlich für die deutschen Kunden. Trotz mehrfachen Hinweisen auf das Problem ist divain nicht betreit zu reagieren oder zu antworten. Sehr schade für gute und treue Kunden.

Onwetmatig retourbeleid

Ik heb al eerder een evaluatie doorgegeven over uw retourbeleid met 2x verzendkosten berekenen wat niet volgens eu consumentenrecht mag. Uw klantenservice reageert steeds als antwoord dat ik de retourvoorwaarden moet lezen die niet rechtsgeldig zijn. Ik heb nooit eerder iets retour gestuurd en kocht regelmatig sinds jaren. Aangezien de voorwaarden blijkbaar niet aangepast worden en u consumenten dupeert ga ik deze klacht indienen bij ECC. Ook divain moet zich aan de wet houden.
