Dejan mucho que desear con las devoluciones

Tras comprar un bote de 100 ml., el cual traía su probador para que si no te gusta, poder devolver el artículo como tanto anuncian en su página, y no tenían activa en el pedido la opción de "Solicitar devolución", me puse en contacto a través del chat y del correo 100.000 veces.
Siempre me decían que lamentaban las molestias, que se pondría un agente en contacto conmigo.
Lo hice desde el momento en que lo recibí, o sea, antes de los 14 días de plazo para la devolución.
Nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo.
No se me ocurrirá volver a comprar ni una cosa más en esta página de incompetentes.
Y ya me encargaré de que nadie compre aquí.
Muy agradecida por el caso que me han hecho, sois penosos.
