Ik heb een beschadigde levering gekregen en divain reageert niet op mijn mails, doet geen opvolging. Ben nochtans goede klant. Ik plaats geen bestellingen meer zolang ze geen follow-up van mijn klacht doen.

Muy mala experiencia

Muy mala experiencia. Compré una colonia porquè en la web pone que oliendo la muestra q lleva si no te gusta y no has abierto la colonia lo puedes devolver. Así lo hice, el mismo día que me llegó el paquete pedí la devolución porqué no me gustó nada la colonia y no me permiten devolverlo. Muy descontenta. Tengo las pruebas de todo. He enviado varios mails y ni me responden. Muy mal!
