How to use
Topical use: Dilute 2 drops of essential oil in 10ml of carrier oil (almond, argan or jojoba) or moisturiser. Shake and apply to the skin with upward massage strokes. Important: Do not apply before sun exposure.
Hair use: Blend with a carrier oil, mask or hair tonic. Apply to the scalp with stimulating massage strokes.
Home use: Add 5-8 drops to your diffuser or ceramic/stone diffuser undiluted to create an energising atmosphere.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use directly on the skin without diluting. Not recommended for children under 3. Lemon is photosensitive: do not apply to skin before sun exposure. Rosemary is not recommended during pregnancy, epilepsy or high blood pressure. Peppermint should not be used by pregnant women or people with asthma. Keep out of reach of children.
