kate Poor communication and terrible customer service. One of the bottles was already open when my package arrived, and it wasn't even the correct item. I returned it for a refund, but they declined my return—meaning I'm now out £11.99 due to their mistake.
I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with divain.029. Receiving an open bottle and the wrong item is definitely not up to our standards, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
