Leider war meine erste Bestellung bei DIVAIN eine große Enttäuschung.
Von vier bestellten Parfüms kam die Flasche Nr. 731 zerbrochen und komplett leer bei mir an. Ich habe den Kundenservice sofort kontaktiert und musste mehrere Tage auf eine Antwort warten. Danach wurde ich aufgefordert, immer mehr Fotos und Formulare einzureichen, obwohl der Schaden auf den Bildern eindeutig zu erkennen ist.
Anstatt das Problem schnell und kundenfreundlich zu lösen, musste ich viel Zeit investieren, um etwas zu reklamieren, wofür ich keinerlei Verantwortung trage.
Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass ich bereits eine E-Mail mit der Bitte um eine Bewertung erhalten habe, obwohl mein Fall bis heute nicht gelöst ist.
Ich hoffe, dass DIVAIN den Kundenservice verbessert und endlich eine Ersatzflasche für die beschädigte Nr. 731 zusendet. Bis dahin kann ich meine Erfahrung leider nicht positiv bewerten.

Le parfum est ressemblant, mais il manque vraiment d'une touche de maracuja, c'est normalement la touche de maracuja qui donne l'originalité à ce parfum, elle fait défaut, dommage !

C'est personnel après l'odeur d'un parfum. Mais celui-ci je n'aime pas vraiment.. Il ne sent pas mauvais, mais il est particulier. Je ne saurais le décrire. J'ai l'impression que c'est Peut-être la note de cuir qui vient tout gâcher dans ce parfum, il s'associe mal aux autres notes

Aroma de 10, duración de 0. Es una réplica muy lograda, de hecho es de mis olores favoritos de la web. El problema es que a la hora ya no queda ni rastro en mi piel ni en la ropa. Se nota que le falta 'cuerpo'; el líquido se ve demasiado claro y eso suele ser señal de poca esencia. Si subieran el porcentaje de fijador aunque costara un poco más, sería mi perfume de cabecera sin duda."
